Cancellations can be made 13 days or earlier prior to the guest's arrival to the hotel without any charges.

Cancellations made 12 - 5 days  prior to the guest's arrival to the hotel require charging for the first night.

Later cancellations is considered as no-show. 
No show policy: 2 nights will be charged in equal or superior stays, if the remaining reservation will be cancelled, otherwise debit of the total amount. In case of 1 nigh stay the total amount will be charged.
